I Liheslaturan Guåhan will be called into Session on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Speaker Antonio R. Unpingco Legislative Session Hall in the Guam Congress Building for the purpose of conducting the Honorable Governor Lourdes A. Leon Guerrero’s 2026 State of the Island Address. The Governor will start her address promptly at 6:00 p.m.
