About – Senator Vincent A.V. Borja

Senator Vince Borja is a committed public servant and a respected member of the 38th Guam Legislature, known for his dedication to enhancing the educational, economic, and social fabric of Guam. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Guam and furthered his education with a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. He is also currently advancing his expertise by pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at National University.

Prior to his tenure in the legislature, Senator Borja enriched his diverse career portfolio by serving as a Career Education Teacher, where he played a pivotal role in shaping young minds. His entrepreneurial drive led him to establish the GU Digital Marketing Agency, leveraging his skills to bolster local enterprises.

A veteran with a distinguished military background, Senator Borja applies the discipline and leadership skills he acquired in service to his legislative duties. His military experience underpins his strong advocacy for veterans’ affairs, where he actively champions better support and resources for veterans.
